Each Courtyard at Centerville home comes complete with access to convenient amenities, including walking trails, dining opportunities, a fitness center, concierge services, spa services, social activities, and more.
Each Courtyard Villa or apartment home is maintenance-free – both inside and out! We do everything from mowing the lawn to fixing your ice machine to changing your light bulbs, and all utilities are included in the monthly rent.
Dine in comfort and with ease at The Courtyard. Independent living residents enjoy a Continental breakfast and restaurant-style dinner daily, while Assisted Living and Memory Care residents are treated to three nutritious and delicious meals daily. Villa residents are welcome to stop by any time they choose, to dine on an a la carte basis.

Get a new lease on life (or at least improve your balance, flexibility, and strength!) in our Fitness Center, where you’ll find cardio and strength training equipment, group exercise classes, and all the motivation you need to be your best self.
Check out a current release or golden oldie in the Movie Theater, complete with big screen pictures, theater-style seats, and fresh-popped popcorn.
Pick up a good book, Google the latest news in the Library, or grab coffee with friends at the Coffee Bar.
And be sure to enjoy the great outdoors on The Courtyard patio and gazebo, where we’ll enjoy gardening together, toasting al fresco Happy Hours, firing up the grill for dinner, or relaxing with an evening concert under the stars.
Arranging transportation for local errands or quick day trips is a breeze – hop on the bus or schedule our driver. If you prefer to drive yourself, we’re happy to assist with convenient parking and valet service. It’s your choice!
