ASSISTED LIVING

The Courtyard at Centerville values independence and individuality, and as such, offers custom-assisted living care options so residents can receive as little or as much help as they desire.

Professional caregivers assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and administering medication reminders, and provide 24-hour care. Residents also enjoy home-cooked meals daily, as well as housekeeping and transportation services.

Our robust assisted living activity program offers a variety of group events and one-on-one engagement opportunities, including arts and crafts, BINGO, word association games, gardening, social events, outings, and even the occasional good old-fashioned ice cream social.

MEMORY CARE

The Courtyard at Centerville offers support for residents who have early, mid-stage, and advanced dementia.

Our cozy community and professional care team include licensed nurses and personal care assistants, all of whom have specialized training in caring for people with memory loss. They assist with daily tasks, medication management, safety checks, and a variety of activities designed to enrich both body and soul, helping to make every moment count.

Caregivers, it’s OK to take a break.

A healthy break benefits both caregivers and their loved ones.

Take time to run errands, enjoy a lunch date, or simply rest while your loved one spends quality time engaging with others in a memory care setting.

RESPITE CARE

A respite stay is a healthy necessity that benefits both caregivers and their loved ones. It can be an ideal solution when family caregivers travel or need a break. Respite care includes furnished accommodations, meals, opportunities for socialization, access to amenities and services, and an opportunity for a professional assessment if requested.

You’ve made our day!

“My father has been at Courtyard at Centerville in Assisted Living for about two years and continues to rebound with a much higher quality of life. He arrived requiring a walker but quickly transitioned to using a cane and then to walking unassisted. Today, he remains motivated and engaged and has an indoor and outdoor walking routine that covers daily miles. “ ~ John T.
